A semi retired father knew just what he wanted for his blissful Bayview home, a timeless
aesthetic that would take nothing away from the panoramic views over McCarrs Creek and
Kuringai National Park.
The client wanted:
Light neutral colours were chosen to keep attention on the outside aspect. Shaker doors in
off white with a light coloured engineered stone sit gently against the natural timber floor.
The splashback is mirrored to reflect the stunning panoramic views.
Underslung sinks are centred in the island bench to enjoy the vista whilst prepping food and
cleaning up with direct access to the entertaining deck and suspended pool. The view of the
trees and skyline changes throughout the day making the kitchen a joy to work in.
The island bench is large and allows guests to sit during meal preperation and is an ideal
spot for a quick meal. Grey tiles are soothing and match the veins in the stone benchtop.
The freestanding wide oven makes baking easy and feature hood suits the traditional style
of the kitchen and is highly functional.
Glass display doors showcase a collection of blue and white objects that inject colour and
personality into the kitchen that reflects the rest of the home.
