Nestled in the leafy suburb of Cherrybrook this lovely family home reflected its 80’s beginning. The original kitchen was small and blocked off from the rest of the home.
Impala designer Hilary Ryan removed walls and opened up the space, bringing the kitchen into the living space.
The client wanted a white kitchen with traditional shaker style doors. Stainless steel appliances match the drop-in sink and tap.
The walk-in pantry with appliance cupboard that can be accessed from both sides is a big win for the client.
To create interest, soften the white and compliment the raked timber ceiling, a barn door conceals the pantry entrance. Black hardware is used on the door and repeated with kitchen stools and accessories.
We also love the little study nook Hilary created for our client.
