Impala’s client was building a new home in one of Sydney Eastern suburbs.The brief was to design its three bathrooms with warmth and impressive textures to suit the house which spanned over four levels. The designs were to have impact and create an impression though the use of textured tiles. Each bathroom has a tiled feature wall. The vanities were to use the dark timber veneer employed in the kitchen to maintain cohesion with materials used throughout the home. Shaving cabinets were to allow for storage and have task lighting incorporated to attend to the utilitarian nature of the rooms. To this end, the main bathrooms also had a lighted shaving mirror installed. The guest powder room incorporates a gorgeous basin vessel and pendant lights to bring ambience into the room.
