This beautiful new home, spanning over four levels, is located in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs. The brief from the client was to create stylish, elegant bathrooms that would have impact yet be highly functional. Dark timber veneer was used for all four bathrooms, one which included a laundry, maintaining cohesion with the kitchen and other parts of the home. There was great care taken with ensuring all shaving cabinets allowed for extra storage and vanity drawers were designed to maximum space, working around pumping requirements etc. Special attention was given to lighting, with the use of hidden soft ambient lighting as well as overhead lighting for grooming purposes. For the 4th bathroom/laundry LED lights were fitted to ensure adequate lighting for detailed tasks, plus additional ventilation was added. In the powder room a gorgeous pendant light gives the elegant, finishing touch to this bathroom.
