This lovely family home is located the heart of Sydney’s trendy Paddington, where space is a premium.
This family took dated 2-bedroom semi and reconfigured the space to design a gorgeous 4-bedroom home. But space was limited, and smart design and great joinery allowed this home to shine.
Our client ensured no space was wasted and this is evident with the clever laundry design. The laundry was relocated to understairs and concealed with stylish doors. Home for the washer and dryer, plus cupboards at the foot of the stairs for all those extra such as detergents etc. All conceals by doors that are handless, so it appears to be a part of the wall. Everything tucked away neatly.
To keep the home coherent the same cabinetry is used throughout, from the kitchen to the bedroom wardrobes. Creating a delightful family home that flows.
